OVERVIEW

DOC Race's kit tailored for G-Series S58-powered M2/M3/M4 cars. In collaboration with industry leaders Precision Turbo and Turbosmart, this is one of the most comprehensive single-turbo conversion kits available for the S58. It starts with an in-house handcrafted tubular manifold featuring 1.90" OD runners capable of flowing over 1,500hp, paired with Precision Turbo's Next Gen turbos for strong power with minimal lag.

In-house handcrafted tubular turbo manifold, 1.90" OD runners, 1500+ hp flow capable
Runner size options: 1.25" Schedule 40 (industry standard, high-flow cast collector, proven to 1,200whp) or 1.5" Schedule 40 (larger, for builds pushing past that limit — does not add lag versus the 1.25")
Turbo options: supply your own, or choose from PTE6466 (1000hp), PTE6670 (1100hp), PTE6870 (1100hp), PTE7275 (1200hp), PTE6870 R Sportsman (1200hp), PTE7175 Sportsman (1300hp), or PTE7475 Sportsman (1400hp) — all Precision Turbo Next Gen ball-bearing units
3.5" stainless downpipe with dual 3" outlets
Standard finish: polished (ceramic coating available separately)
Optional oil catch can add-on available at checkout (vent to atmosphere)

3" charge pipes fabricated close to the engine with a welded, engine-mounted bracket — eliminates the risk of the pipe contacting the engine balancer over time
3.5" stainless downpipe with dual 3" outlets
Pre-assembled aluminum oil drain hard line — no cutting or crimping
CNC oil drain, oil drain block-off, oil feed, oil feed block-off, and PCV fittings, all with fresh o-rings
Stainless steel heat shield — protects the OEM fuel line and valve cover from turbo heat

Optional oil catch can (vent to atmosphere), if selected at checkout

Vacuum tubing for the wastegates is supplied, but routing is the installer's responsibility — lines routed too close to exhaust will melt
