OVERVIEW

The BMS CANflex kit gives the S58-powered BMW M2, M3, M4, X3M, and X4M a clean, accurate way to read ethanol content and feed that data directly to your tune, letting you run E85 with confidence. The CANflex ECA combines an ethanol content analyzer, E85 analyzer, and Bluetooth flex fuel analyzer into one compact system, reading fuel mixture via a genuine Continental ethanol sensor and outputting via CANbus, Bluetooth, a built-in LED display, and 5V legacy output.

• CANbus with user-selectable addressing for MHD, BM3, EcuTek, and JB4 integration

• LED display built into the head unit for a quick visual readout
• 5V output for legacy support (older ECUs or non-CANbus JB4 integration)
• Available with a plug-and-play harness or a universal harness (manual transmission vehicles and BM3 require the universal harness with posi-taps for CANbus)
• Wiring reference: Red = 12V switched power (fuse tap/posi-tap), Black = chassis ground, Brown = CAN-, Green = CAN+, Blue = 5V legacy output for JB4
