Active Autowerke BMW B58 Gen 3 G-Series Catted Downpipe (2025+)

OVERVIEW

High-performance catted exhaust downpipe for the single-turbo B58 Gen 3 (B58N) equipped BMW X-body platform. This is not for M340i and M440i B58N Gen 3 models, which use a different downpipe incorporating a new GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter). No performance tune is needed for this downpipe.

• 5" diameter stainless steel piping, tapering to a stainless flex joint and down to 80mm to meet the OEM exhaust system — never drops below the stock 80mm diameter

TECH RESOURCES

• The GESI G-Sport Ultra High Output catalytic converter features full 304 stainless steel construction including the substrate, is EPA registered and OBD2 compliant for 1996-and-newer vehicles, and is rated for up to 1,000hp.
• Not legal for use on vehicles registered in California per California Vehicle Code Section 27156 and 38391 — meets EPA, not CARB, standards.
• Covered by a 5-year/50,000-mile warranty on shell and tube ends and a 2-year/25,000-mile warranty on the catalytic core to the original purchaser only; warranty is void if the vehicle has excessive burble (greater than stock), as this physically destroys the catalytic core.
• No performance tune is needed for this downpipe.
• Not for M340i/M440i Gen 3 (B58N) — those use a different downpipe incorporating a GPF. Fitment applies to US-model cars only unless specifically stated.
