OVERVIEW

SPL Bumpsteer Adjustable Tie Rod Ends allow the tie-rod-end pivot to be relocated using spacers, correcting the bumpsteer (dynamic toe change) introduced when a car is lowered. As the suspension compresses over bumps and through corners, a corrected tie-rod pivot keeps toe more consistent — resulting in more predictable handling, less front tire shoulder wear, and better stability over rough roads and curbing.

TECH RESOURCES

• This is the 16mm tie-rod version for M-model cars (M2, M3, M4, M340i, M240i) equipped with factory Sport Adaptive Steering; non-Sport G2X/G42 trims use a 14mm tie rod and require a different part number
