OVERVIEW

Most fuel pump activation setups only give simple on/off relay control — the pump runs full blast or off. The Solid-State Relay Upgrade Kit converts your fuel pump system to full PWM control, combining Precision Raceworks' Solid-State Relay Fuel Pump Interface Module with a high-quality solid-state relay in a single plug-and-play kit, so the pump only works as hard as the engine actually needs.

• Recommended frequency: 200 Hz — the sweet spot for optimal control and stability when paired with a Motiv Re|Flex+ controller
• Current handling: ~20A continuous, up to 80A burst — sized correctly for Walbro pumps
• Universal fitment — not vehicle-specific, works with any PRW pump activation harness setup
• One kit needed per pump — a dual-pump AFS.800 setup, for example, needs two kits
• Benefits of PWM over simple relay control: cooler fuel, less pump wear, quieter operation, more stable system pressure, tunable output scaled to boost/RPM/load, and cleaner electronics
