OVERVIEW

MAHLE Motorsport PowerPak forged pistons are the proven upgrade for high-power B58 builds in BMW and the Toyota GR Supra. Forged from 2618 alloy at the stock 82mm bore and 10.5:1 compression, the PowerPak set arrives complete with rings, pins and clips — everything needed for the piston side of a rebuild.

• Forged 2618 aluminum alloy for maximum strength under boost
• 82.00mm bore; 10.5:1 compression (matches OE)
• Set of 6 pistons with Grafal anti-friction skirt coating and hard-anodized top ring groove
• 22mm floating wrist pins; CNC-finished pin bores
• Thermal Barrier Coated (TBC) crown option for higher-heat/high-boost builds
• Complete PowerPak — rings, pins and clips included

• 2618 is a race forging — expect slightly more skirt-to-wall clearance and some cold-start rattle versus OE cast pistons
