OVERVIEW

The HKS Hipermax R is the flagship of the Hipermax coilover line, engineered for enthusiasts who demand precise handling on both the street and the circuit. Developed for the Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91), it pairs an inverted mono-tube front strut with a separate rear spring and damper layout, spherical-bearing upper mounts, and full-length height adjustment so ride height can be set without sacrificing stroke or preload. With 30 steps of damping adjustment, the Hipermax R lets you fine-tune ride quality and response to your driving style and conditions.

TECH RESOURCES

• Required hardware (EDC-equipped cars): the HKS Suspension Error Canceler (sold separately) is required. Removing the factory electronically-controlled dampers triggers a chassis warning without it.
• Damping force is adjustable in 30 steps; front and rear can be set independently.
• Ride height is set at the full-thread lower bracket to preserve suspension stroke, so height can be changed without altering spring preload.
• Professional installation is recommended; perform a corner-balance and wheel alignment after installation.
