Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Downpipes - S58 (M2/M3/M4)

OVERVIEW

The factory catalytic converter is a major exhaust flow restriction — exhaust gas has to force its way through tightly-packed catalyst "honeycomb" material to get out of the downpipe. The Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Downpipes remove that restriction entirely with mandrel-bent 3" piping, meaningfully increasing horsepower and torque on the twin-turbo S58.

SPECS

• Removes the factory catalytic converters for maximum exhaust flow
• Mandrel-bent 3" piping for a smooth transition into the exhaust system
• Retains the factory donut flange design — 100% bolt-on
• CNC-machined billet 304 stainless steel 3.5" V-band flange, duplicated from the factory turbo housing
• Includes a round (non-ovalized) mid-pipe crossover pipe on G80/G82 — the factory piece is ovalized for clearance and flows worse
• Significant horsepower and torque gains, especially when paired with a tune
• 100% TIG welded in-house, Made in the USA
