DOC Race S58 Single Turbo Kit - BMW X3M/X4M (F97/F98)

OVERVIEW

DOC Race's single-turbo conversion kit for the S58-powered X3M and X4M, built around the same proven tubular manifold platform as their M2/M3/M4 kit — in collaboration with Precision Turbo and Turbosmart. Features a handcrafted tubular manifold with 1.90" OD runners capable of flowing over 1,500hp, twin Turbosmart 45mm Gen V wastegates, and engine-mounted charge pipe brackets to eliminate contact with the engine balancer over time.

• In-house handcrafted tubular turbo manifold, 1.90" OD runners, 1500+ hp flow capable
• Runner size options: 1.25" Schedule 40 (industry standard, proven to 1,200whp) or 1.5" Schedule 40 (larger, for builds pushing further)
• Turbo options: supply your own, or choose from PTE Next Gen ball-bearing tiers up to Sportsman-spec units capable of 1400hp
• 3.5" stainless downpipe with dual 3" outlets
• Finish options: Raw (Polished) or Ceramic Coated Black
• Optional oil catch can add-on available at checkout

• 3" charge pipes fabricated close to the engine with a welded, engine-mounted bracket
• 3.5" stainless downpipe with dual 3" outlets
• Pre-assembled aluminum oil drain hard line — no cutting or crimping
• CNC oil drain, oil drain block-off, oil feed, oil feed block-off, and PCV fittings, all with fresh o-rings
• Stainless steel heat shield — protects the OEM fuel line and valve cover from turbo heat

• Vacuum tubing for the wastegates is supplied, but routing is the installer's responsibility
