OVERVIEW

The BMS Oil Catch Can addresses the oil control problems common on turbo B58 Supra motors, where blow-by oil coats the intercooler and charge piping and gunks up intake valves and VANOS — an issue that gets worse at higher boost. It's purpose-built for the B58 application with precision CNC machining, no welding, and a design engineered to avoid the shortcomings of other catch cans on the market (hot-side mounting, undersized hoses, poor or overly restrictive baffling, or PCV bypass).

• 100% CNC machined, zero welding; anodized black aluminum; made in the USA and guaranteed for life
• Retains factory fully closed-loop PCV operation — no venting to atmosphere
• Non-clogging triple-baffle air/oil separation with a free-flow, no-restriction design
• Large 16mm+ inlet/outlet exceeding OEM PCV sizing, with no line tapering, to prevent crankcase pressure buildup
• Can dimensions with lid: 4.4" (111mm) tall, 2.5" (63.7mm) diameter; lid length back-to-nozzle: 4" (101mm); nozzle OD 0.75" (19.2mm) / ID 0.669" (17mm)
• Fluid capacity: up to 5.5 fl oz (162.6 mL)
• Optional transparent can base available (not recommended for regions that regularly see temps at or below 32°F/0°C)
• Optional add-on: BMS Oil Filler Cap Connection Kit, which adds a second dedicated PCV exit point (valve cover breather) for increased vapor capture

TECH RESOURCES

• Required additional hardware: either the BMS Supra billet intake, or the BMS B58 intake muffler delete if keeping the factory intake (included in that kit variant)

• Install takes about 20 minutes, includes all required hardware, and is fully reversible
• Empty the can every 3-6 months by unscrewing the base or using the 1/8" NPT drain plug — dispose of captured oil with your used motor oil
