aFe BladeRunner Hot-Side Charge Pipe – BMW 540i (G30/G31/G38) B58

OVERVIEW

The aFe BladeRunner Hot-Side Charge Pipe replaces the flimsy OEM plastic charge pipe on the B58-powered 540i — a known boost-leak and failure point — with TIG-welded, mandrel-bent aluminum. Running from the turbo compressor outlet to the intercooler inlet in a 2-1/4" → 2-3/4" diameter, it smooths flow and holds boost reliably on stock and tuned setups. Finished in black wrinkle powder-coat.
