do88 Charge Cooler Manifold – BMW B58/S58 & Toyota Supra

OVERVIEW

On both the B58 and S58, the charge air cooler core is integrated directly into the factory intake manifold — a compact, tube-and-fin design that's crimped into thermoplastic tanks. It works, but it's a limiting factor once you start pushing higher boost, ethanol blends, or sustained track use: airflow is restricted, heat soak sets in, and the factory plastic tanks are a known failure point under stress. The do88 Charge Cooler Manifold replaces the entire factory manifold with a CNC-machined aluminum unit built around a much larger Bar & Plate intercooler core, solving both the flow and durability problems at the source.

• Core: High-performance Bar & Plate air-to-water intercooler core — up to 62% larger than the factory core on the S58 version, with roughly 42% more airflow on the B58 Gen 1 version

• Thermal barrier spacer: Included on the B58 Gen 2/Supra and S58 versions — insulates the aluminum manifold from cylinder-head heat soak, sealed with custom FKM-silicone O-rings in precision-machined grooves for a more reliable seal than typical gasket-based approaches
• Auxiliary fueling ready: Outlet tank is pre-configured for auxiliary port fuel injection (compatible with Injector Dynamics ID1050x-34-14 or Bosch EV14-short injectors on the S58 version); injector blanking plugs included if you don't run port injection
• Nitrous/meth ports: Each cylinder runner includes a 1/8" NPT port for nitrous or methanol injection, with sealing plugs included if unused
