OVERVIEW

Welcome to the party in the back. The AWE Exhaust Suite for the S58-powered G8X M3/M4 and G87 M2 is a 50-state emissions-compliant dual 3" exhaust configuration built from U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel, with a precision X-pipe that begins right after the factory mid-pipe to smooth the S58's rasp before the rear section refines the tone further. Choose your chassis and configuration above — the valved SwitchPath™ Edition or the muffler-free Track Edition.

SPECS

• SwitchPath™ Edition: AWE's first SwitchPath™ exhaust for BMW to incorporate patented drone-canceling 180 Technology®. Retains factory valve controls — no additional remote or app needed. Closed valves give a refined, aggressive howl with no drone at cruise; open valves (Sport/Sport+) unleash the S58's full roar, with burbles in Sport+.
• Track Edition: Same X-pipe and precision engineering as SwitchPath, minus the valved muffler — an unrestrained, muffler-free roar for maximum sound and flow. Includes AWE valve simulators. Roughly 13–22 lbs lighter than stock depending on chassis (with AWE mid-pipes).
• 50-state legal — both editions retain full emissions compliance, no catalyst removal
• Quad 4.5" (114mm) double-walled, slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black; fits stock and M-Performance valances
• Dyno-verified gains of up to 3 hp and 5 lb-ft of torque at the wheels
• Handcrafted from CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel; AWE Lifetime Exhaust Warranty
