Bluetooth/CANflex Flex Fuel Kit - BMW G-Chassis Gen3 B58TU2 (2025+)

OVERVIEW

The Fuel-It! Bluetooth/CANflex Flex Fuel Kit for the Gen3 B58TU2 lets the latest 2025+ B58-powered BMWs safely run E85 and any ethanol blend by monitoring real-time ethanol content and feeding it to your tune. Built around a genuine Continental ethanol content sensor with a stainless braided PTFE fuel line and plug-and-play wiring, it streams your fuel's ethanol percentage to the free Fuel-It!/BMS smartphone app over Bluetooth — unlocking the bigger power and cooler charge temps of flex fuel. This is the updated kit for the newest B58TU2 (Gen3) motor; earlier 2019–2024 cars use the Gen2 B58 kit. Installs in about 30 minutes.

SPECS

Genuine Continental ethanol content sensor (ECA)

Stainless braided PTFE fuel line with protective nylon sheath and custom fitting

Plug-and-play wiring harness — CANflex (CANbus, LED, auto trans) or Universal (manual / bootmod3), per configuration

Free iOS/Android app over Bluetooth — live ethanol %, fuel pressure, and temperature

Designed for the Gen3 B58TU2 motor (2025+); not interchangeable with the Gen2 B58 kit

Approximately 30-minute installation

Configurations: CANflex LED ECA + PnP harness, CANflex + Universal harness, Legacy Bluetooth ECA, or Fuel Lines Only (with/without pressure sensor)

For off-road / competition use; requires a flex-fuel-capable tune to blend E85

PARTS INCLUDED

Continental ethanol content sensor (per configuration)

CANflex or Bluetooth ECA module and wiring harness (per configuration)

Stainless braided PTFE fuel line and custom fitting

SuperLube and mounting hardware

TECH RESOURCES

REQUIRES a flex-fuel-capable tune to blend E85 — pair with our MHD Super License (BMW B58); also compatible with JB4, bootmod3, and ECUTeK flex tunes (confirm B58TU2 support with your tuning platform)

Flex fuel is intended for off-road / competition use

Approximately 30-minute installation

VEHICLE APPLICATIONS

Make

Model

Chassis

Engine

Years

BMW

M340i / M340i xDrive

G20

B58 Gen 3 3.0L

2025+

BMW

M340i Touring

G21

B58 Gen 3 3.0L

2025+

BMW

440i

G22

B58 Gen 3 3.0L

2026+

Complete Kit with Fuel-It!
